3. Nature of website content
The content on this website is general in nature and provided for information only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reading this website does not create a therapeutic relationship. A counselling relationship begins only once an appointment has been arranged and the intake process completed.
4. Bookings and appointments
Appointments are made through Halaxy, our secure practice management system, and are subject to availability. Booking terms, fees, rebates and cancellation arrangements are confirmed with you at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
5. Telehealth services
Sessions are delivered by secure video or phone. You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, quiet space and a reliable internet or phone connection for your session. Telehealth may not be suitable in every situation, and where another form of support would serve you better, this will be discussed with you.
